Shipping Information:

1) Orders will be shipped by FedEx, Ground, USPS or Common Carrier.
2) Prima Dog cannot ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses.
3) For International shipping, please contact us by e-mail.
4) All orders are insured.
5) Prima Dog does not guarantee the time of delivery especially delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.
6) All in-stock items usually ship 1-2 business day after we received the payment. The Nano Pet Beds are on back-ordered and will be shipped by the end of November 2012.
7) Tracking number will be e-mail to customer after the item has been shipped.
8) Prima Dog does not process during weekends

Return Policy:

Due to strict health regulations, pet beds, pet clothes, toys and carriers cannot be exchanged or returned. We encourage you to take the time to measure your pets. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you find the right size for your pet.
